Company file detail
The detail page shows everything about one company file, from top to bottom.
- Header: file label, status, DUNS, last connected time, and Sync now.
- Callouts when the file is offline, needs action, is not connected, or has failing invoices. Each callout shows the latest error and a next step.
- KPI tiles for this file.
- Pipeline: one tile per state, from Discovered to Payment sent.
- Invoices: every invoice for the file.
- Connection details, mainly for support.
Pipeline tiles
Each tile counts the invoices currently in that state. Deferred sits below the row as an off-ramp, because an invoice can drop into it from any stage.
- Hover the ⓘ on a tile for a one-line definition.
- Select a tile to see only that stage's invoices, with a fuller explanation above the list.
- Back to pipeline returns to all tiles.

Invoice list
Filter by outcome (active, done, needs attention), search, and sort any column. Select a row to open the invoice page.
Share a filtered view
Stage and filter choices live in the page address. Bookmark the page or send the link to a teammate and they see the same filtered list.
