Company Files

One row per QuickBooks company file. Each row shows:

• the file label,
• its DUNS, with a copy button,
• connection status,
• time since last sync (hover for the exact UTC time),
• invoices processed this billing cycle,
• the action button described in Configuring a company file.

Filter with the status chips across the top, search by label or DUNS, sort any column, and page through long lists. Refresh re-reads status without running a sync.

Connection statuses

Status	Meaning
Ready	QuickBooks reachable; invoices flow on schedule
Pending	Not yet connected
Offline	QuickBooks not reachable right now; resumes automatically
Action needed	Needs a reconnect or support. See Connection problems
